Ian Maxwell was in the Record today, sharing what he hates about football:

"Warm ups are what I hate most in football. They are a waste of space and time and I utterly detest them. Somebody should invent a machine that warms you up. Being sent into the freezing cold to warm up when you are a substitute is the worst. You are all cosy in your big jacket and tracksuit and the next thing you are absolutely freezing. Warm-ups in training are awful especially when Mixu Paatelainen is taking them. He is super fit and his five minute runs are done at a frightening pace. For a big guy he can run and by the time you've finished you feel 10 times more terrible than you did before you started. You feel like throwing up after he's done his stint."
